University of Aberdeen Global Scholarships 2025

This £8,000 scholarship towards your tuition fee is available to eligible self-funded postgraduate taught (PGT) students who are classed as international fee status and domiciled in any of the countries on the African continent.

Description

The University of Aberdeen is delighted to offer the Aberdeen Global Scholarship to international students starting in September 2024, or January 2025. This is an £8,000 tuition fee discount open to eligible self-funded taught Masters students who are classed as international fee status and domiciled in one of the countries listed below. The scholarship is not available to students studying for PGDE degrees.

These scholarships are open to students registering for a full-time on-campus programme, who don’t receive an externally funded scholarship from elsewhere, or any other University of Aberdeen scholarships (excluding awards made by the University of Aberdeen Development Trust).

Application Procedure

You will be awarded your scholarships as a tuition fee discount and the value of the scholarship will be included in your CAS letter.

Please check that you have firmly accepted an unconditional offer and that you have sent us confirmation of funding.

Please note, that you do not need to apply for this scholarship, all eligible students will receive the scholarship as a fee discount.

There is no deadline, as no application is required for this scholarship.

The Aberdeen Global Scholarships are for self-funded international students starting their postgraduate degree study at the University of Aberdeen in September 2025 or January 2026 and therefore are available for May 2025 and September 2024 Pre-Masters Programme students.
